[...] Contrary to what we did last year (2005, that is), we will not write a last post for year 2006 at all. Some of our readers might have expected that and we are sorry about the disappointment. Let me assure you that this is not because year 2006 would not deserve a last post. Nor is it because we would not have anything significant to say. There is no special reason for the non-existence of last post of 2006. These simply are the circumstances we now have to live with.
I have one helpful hint to provide against a possible Revolution*: learn the Ninja Way. Ninjas master stealth techniques such as slipping past closing doors without touching the door. Ninjas also know a lot of other things but since they operate covertly, nobody knows what those things are - not even the Ninjas themselves. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that some Ninja skills won't harm you when the big R starts. Cheers to Janne for pointing this out today.

*) Note: This is all purely hypothetical since a Revolution is not even possible. If a Revolution was planned, we would certainly know about it. (Not that we would be the planners, we just happen to know stuff.) But as we don't know about such thing and most certainly deny planning one, the likelihood of a Revolution is absolutely zero.

I think it should be noted though that if there were a Revolution in the works and if there were a List, the people on that List would most definitely be the ones who believed the foolish speculations about an upcoming Revolution. So to keep oneself off the nonexistent List, one should never fall for any nonsense about the nonexistent Revolution.
