Golem Production
Based on the research done by some of the Friday Bun Society Founders, it is evident that the current methods for creating Golems are way too difficult for the majority of the modern people. The Society strongly recommends this process to be re-engineered so that anyone could easily make a Golem or two when there’s a need.

Fortunately Googling for “How to create a golem?” reveals some useful resources for starting golem creators.
The nice thing about golems is that should you have purity of purpose, all you need to create them is the set of letters of the Hebrew alphabet. But as you said, the process is too difficult: how can anyone expect a modern man to have 30 minutes of unbroken concentration? Jeesh!
We definately need instructions such as “Creating golems for dummies”, or even “How a person with ADHD can create a golem with no materials whatsoever in 2 seconds”.

Perhaps you should shed some light on the current golem creation methods. Not that I need it, but there might be some readers lacking this basic knowledge. I myself am very familiar with the delicate art of Golem Production. In fact, a 10-foot granite golem is currently typing this comment on my behalf.
I too agree that the process could be streamlined a little bit. So I suggest that we now review the current methodology step by step.

Argh, my comment was posted before I noticed komu’s helpful comment.
Has anyone ever tried recording the golem creation chants and then playing the recording again and again? Maybe we could make such recording and publish it as an audio book. With that, you could summon a golem while driving to work, for instance. Or you could download it to your iPod.
This doesn’t obviously make the process any faster. Is there a way to create a golem instantly? A modern man can’t wait for half an hour if he needs his golem right now.

What if the recorded chant was played four times faster? Would it still work? Or would it just result into a hasty golem being summoned, i.e. one that is not useful for tasks requiring precision and accuracy, only good for hunting rabbits or attending to track & field competitions.
I’d like to have Instant Golem powder, just add water (preferably cold, so there’s no need to boil it).

I must confess that I am not very well informed about the inner workings of golem creation, but a question just popped in my mind. What might happen if you, instead of playing the tape faster, played it backwards. Not to achieve faster golem creation times, but just out of sheer curiosity. Would that result in some kind of an evil golem (like evil bun), do nothing, or even dispel some poor golem.
This question is really bugging me at the moment since I am sure that if I get a grasp on golem creation, I am sure to try it out, unless the consequences are known in advance. In which case it is of no interest to me any more. Please include backwards chanting in the grand golem research.
